Payment options

On receipt of your application to register plant, you will be sent an invoice from Workplace Health and Safety Queensland for payment of fees.

You can pay the fee by:

• phoning 1300 362 128 to request a secure payment link to make payment via credit card
• paying via the BPAY and EFT details listed on the invoice
• sending a cheque or money order made payable to the Office of Industrial Relations.

Please note that if the plant registration is submitted via the online portal, payment can be made immediately via BPOINT.

We accept the following credit cards for payment:

• Visa
• Mastercard.

Please note that we don't accept Amex and Diners Club credit cards and GST does not apply to this fee.
