Georgina Wong

Georgina has more than 17 years' experience in insurance and workplace litigation, focussing on public liability, personal injury, and workers' compensation claims. She acts for global insurers, WorkCover Queensland, workers' compensation self-insurers, national and Queensland-based companies, local and state governments and faith-based organisations in personal injury and workplace health and safety disputes. Georgina's clients operate in various industries including retail, manufacturing, mining, transport, aged care, labour hire, building and construction, education and not-for-profit services. She is a member of the Queensland Accident Compensation / Law Society Tort Law Committee, and regularly speaks and publishes on current issues in personal injury and workplace disputes.
