Have you been directly impacted by a work-related fatality or serious injury? Do you think you may be ready to be a force for positive change? You’re invited to consider applying to become a member of the Consultative Committee.

The Office of Industrial Relations is currently seeking applications for membership of the new term of the Consultative Committee for Work-Related Fatalities and Serious Incidents (Consultative Committee).

The Consultative Committee ensures the needs of families and seriously injured workers affected by work-related incidents are at the forefront of how government responds to the people directly impacted.

As a Consultative Committee member, you play a pivotal role in providing advice and making recommendations about the information and support needs of affected people.

We invite you to consider applying to become a member of the Consultative Committee for Work-Related Fatalities and Serious Incidents where you have the chance to be part of a pioneering initiative, contributing to how government responds to the needs of people and families impacted by a work-related fatality or serious injury.

We encourage people from all backgrounds located across Queensland, including culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, to consider applying for membership appointment.

Applications closed Friday 6 December 2024.
