Need help with consumers purchasing electrical appliances online?

There’s one immediate step you can take – check for the regulatory compliance mark (RCM) on the product or its packaging. That’s your assurance it’s electrically safe to use in Australia and that you can install it in accordance with the Wiring Rules.
