We are searching for senior electrical inspectors to join the Electrical Safety Office (ESO). As Queensland’s electrical safety regulator, working with us is more than just a job. Our inspector roles are mobile, field-based positions located throughout the state. As an inspector, you’ll deliver the ESO’s state-wide compliance and engagement program, respond to complaints and incidents, and collaborate with industry to improve capabilities that manage electrical safety risks. Our inspectors work across the breadth of the electrical industry, in the electrical equipment supply chain, in other high-risk industries like construction, agriculture, manufacturing, and in non-workplace environments.
The inspector role will challenge and develop your ability to engage with people, partner and educate the community in electrical safety matters, and ensure compliance within a regulatory framework.
