Important safety notice: Double USB PowerPoint product recall

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC) has issued a product recall statement for an item sold at Aldi stores between May and August 2023.

See the recall statement for the Double USB PowerPoint. The product was deemed defective with weak internal contacts presenting a risk of serious injury or death from fire or electrocution.

Tradespeople, if you see this product in houses, please inform the homeowner and refer them to the recall statement.
