Digital Identity
The new online licensing platform requires you to create a Digital Identity so you can efficiently apply for and manage your electrical licence.
How to Create your Digital Identity
If you do not wish to create and use a Digital Identity to manage your licence online, please contact our team who will be able to assist you in applying for, renewing and managing your electrical licence.
Paying for your electrical licence application
The Electrical Safety Office has updated the payment options for electrical licence applications, now payment for all electrical licence applications will be through BPoint.
Bpoint is a secure online payment system supported by the Commonwealth Bank.
You will require a credit or debit card for this online process and the payment will be made instantly.
To avoid any payment errors and delays in processing your renewal application, please remove any reoccurring or planned Bpay payments you may have set previously with your banking or financial institution.
If you are unable to use or access online payment facilities, please contact us on the details below to discuss other options available.
