Want to win $1,000? Submissions open for Work Well Awards
Do you answer ‘yes’ to any of these?
- Have you made changes that improved the health and safety of a work environment?
- Perhaps you supported a worker to return to the office after being injured?
- Maybe you successfully rehabilitated or returned to work after an injury yourself?
- Have you applied good work design to a process or system?
If your answer to any of the above was a resounding ‘yes’, get your submission in, and be quick – they close in a couple of weeks on Friday, 16 June 2023.
Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) will celebrate the changemakers who go the extra mile to ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of their colleagues – or support those returning after an injury.
The awards seek to discover the best risk management solutions, safety systems, work health and wellbeing initiatives, and safety leaders across the Queensland workforce.
WHSQ will promote the finalists’ entries across the state, which means your great ideas will help other businesses, families, and communities to stay safe…and you could be in with a chance to win $1,000.
You can enter your own workplace for an award or nominate someone outstanding for their contribution.
