Amendments to Electrical safety Codes of Practice
Three of the Electrical safety Codes of Practice (Codes) have been amended and commenced on 27 September 2024 to ensure they remain consistent with the recently updated Electrical Safety Act 2002 and the Electrical Safety Regulation 2013.
The amended codes are:
- Electrical safety Code of Practice 2020 – Electrical equipment rural industry (PDF, 0.51 MB)
- Electrical safety Code of Practice 2021 – Managing electrical risks in the workplace (PDF, 1.34 MB)
- Construction and operation of solar farms Code of Practice 2024 (PDF, 0.68 MB)
These amendments are consequential in nature and do not introduce any new changes.
