Returning for another year, this event covers essential aspects of workplace health and safety including injury prevention, mentally healthy workplaces, new technologies and return to work.
This year, Queensland’s Mental Health Ambassador and Commonwealth Games gold medallist, Hayley Lewis, will deliver the opening keynote, discussing the importance of creating a positive team and culture in the workplace.
Day one will be a full day of conference sessions followed by an engaging networking function. Day two will be a half-day of masterclasses facilitated by industry experts covering mentally healthy workplaces and strategies for creating a better business community.
As an added bonus for conference attendees, a professional photographer will be onsite during day one offering complimentary corporate headshots.
Topics on the agenda cover a wide array of pressing issues including managing heat stress in the workplace, future proofing an ageing workforce by improving movement intelligence and physical wellbeing, the role of safety leadership in creating a positive safety culture and creating positive generational connections for excellent business outcomes.
