Worker consultation checklist update

Safe Work Australia has published the varied model Code of Practice: Work health and safety consultation, cooperation and coordination which includes an updated consultation checklist.

The checklist has been improved to comprehensively reflect work health and safety consultation duties and better support duty holders’ understanding of the requirements.

The checklist is also available as a separate interactive document designed to be more accessible and user friendly.
