Tractor incident results in fatal crush injury

In a recent incident, the operator of a tractor sustained fatal crush injuries when the tractor rolled. Initial enquiries revealed the tractor had a foldaway rollover protective structure that was folded in half at the time the tractor rolled. It seems the operator was attempting to execute a right-hand turn on a 20-degree slope causing the tractor to roll.

*These findings are not yet confirmed, and investigations are continuing into the

exact cause.
