The annual National Return to Work Survey (NRTWS) results for 2021 are now available. Ensure you are taking action to offer the best return to work outcomes possible for your injured workers and your business. The NRTWS results showed improvement is needed in employer support, contact by a rehab and return to work coordinator (RRTWC) during recovery and access to medical care across Queensland.
Did you know that psychological claims represent more than six per cent of all statutory claims made? This is an 80 per cent increase over the past five years, with continued growth predicted. If early detection and intervention can be achieved, workers with psychological injuries have an increased chance of a quick recovery and less time away from work.
