Support your workers to have positive return to work outcomes using evidence-based approaches like early planning, open communication and adapting the work environment to accommodate your worker’s needs.
Between 1 March and 31 July 2024, Workers’ Compensation Regulatory Services is undertaking a targeted audit across all Queensland insurers on rehabilitation and return to work plans. Return to work outcomes are up to 1.7 times better when there is a written return to work plan.
