You will be asked to complete a pro forma identifying specific capabilities and acknowledgment of the duties under the WHS Act (sections 22-26). Any suspension/cancellation of professional licence/s or relevant legal action taken against you in relation to these services must be disclosed and will form part of our consideration.

ACAPMA is a national peak body representing the interests of the wholesale, distribution, and retail industry in Australia. Services include training, compliance and auditing, and managing their National Petroleum Contractors Recognition Scheme (NPCRS) and member contractor directory.
AIDGC is a professional body to represent the membership of dangerous goods/hazardous chemical consultants which set standards for the conduct of members, in the form of a Code of Ethics and a Code of Practice to which membership compliance is required. A search function is available to find a member consultant by competency or by the area that they operate in or both.
ACLCA Queensland represents consultants specialising in the field of contaminated land management associated with hazardous chemical sites and abandoned underground fuel tanks. Members are bound by an ACLCA code of practice and ethical policy. ACLCA maintain a Queensland membership directory.
