Do you have an injury reporting system?*

Keep a record of all work-related injuries or illnesses in a register of injuries

Notify WorkCover Queensland of all injuries within 8 business days'.

Notify Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) immediately on 1300 362 128 if there's a death, serious injury or illness, or potentially dangerous incident.

On returning to work, are workers given suitable work and do they have a recovery at work plan?*
