Medical and Allied Health Providers invoice processing delay:
We are currently experiencing delays in manually processing invoices. To avoid delays, please create your invoices directly through Provider Connect (under Billing) or get set up for B2B to submit through your practice software. Please do not resubmit any invoices already submitted, as this adds additional work to our queue and only exacerbates the issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
